POWR NUTRIENTS CHIA SEED PUDDING

SEEDS OF GOODNESS

Chia seeds have become very popular and are praised for their nutritional value. They are a great source of important minerals like calcium and magnesium. Chia seeds contain good fats, like polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. They are a source of protein and of course, fibre. About 25 g of seeds can provide close to 9 g of fibre! Chia seeds also have a very useful gelling property, absorbing liquid (and flavour) to form a gel or pudding consistency.

POWR TREAT

Two rights, makes another right, in this instance. Sprinkle a superfood pudding with fresh fruit and Powr Nutrients Freeze-dried + Blended Daikon Radish Seeds and you get a POWR TREAT! Our daikon radish seeds contain glucoraphenin, which releases sulforaphene when eaten. Sulforaphene is known to turn on powerful defence mechanisms in the body (activating Nrf2), helping to detoxify and reduce inflammation. The benefits of this can be felt all over the body, improving heart-health, gut-health, joint-health, good brain function and strengthen the immune system, to reducing symptoms like brain fog, weight gain and fatigue. Perhaps a real guilt-free pudding!
